The Scotwaste Monarchs defend a 16-point lead in the Knockout Cup second leg match at Newport on Tuesday.

As long as William Lawson comes unscathed through his Elite League match at Wolverhampton then Monarchs will be at full strength.

John Campbell has reluctantly refused permission for Derek Sneddon to race on Monday for Newcastle, because Derek has such a key role to play on Tuesday.

The winners of this tie will meet Sheffield in the next round, and next in line will be Somerset who have swamped Mildenhall in their second round tie.
