A completely new arrangement for the Friday night bus from the east of Scotland to Armadale should please Monarchs' fans.

The cost has been dramatically reduced - because we want you there! - and we are starting further down the east coast to give more people a chance to see Speedway.

As always this method of transport will be available for every meeting.

The coach will depart from COCKENZIE at 6.00pm picking up at TRANENT at 6.05pm and then at station car park at NEWCRAIGHALL at 6.15pm. From there it will be on to WATERLOO PLACE for departure at 6.35pm, a request stop at Winston's in CORSTORPHINE before travelling onto the final pick up at the MAYBURY at 6.50pm. It's then non stop to Armadale for an arrival just before 7.15pm.

You are advised to be at your selected departure points five minutes before the schedule departure time.

The coach, being operated by Duddingston Private Hire, will depart at the earlier of fifteen minutes after the last race or 9.45pm.

We will stage at least 23 meetings in 2007 and up to 31 meetings if the team is very successful. And the good news is, we have reduced the weekly cost of travel to ?5 for adults and ?2 for children. Season ticket prices are also substantially reduced, down from ?100 to just ?65 for adults and from ?40 to ?25 for children.
