PREMIER TROPHY SEMI-FINAL DATES SET

"The Scotwaste Monarchs are in contention for three National trophies at the moment, and they have agreed with Reading Racers the dates of their Premier Trophy semi-finals.

The first leg will be at Armadale on Friday 13th June, and the return at Reading's Smallmead Stadium on Monday 23rd June.

The league visit of Sheffield to West Lothian which was originally scheduled for 13th June will be rearranged for later in the season.

Monarchs won the northern group, Reading the southern group in the qualifying stages, and the two other group winners were Birmingham and Sheffield.

Monarchs and Reading fought out a famous semi-final in the 1997 Knockout Cup, in the first Armadale season, and Monarchs won that and went to on win the Cup.
