  Edinburgh Monarchs

In the Premier League fixtures released today, we can see that there is a break with tradition as the Scotwaste Monarchs initially race a two-leg challenge with the Berwick Bandits – but the Glasgow Tigers aren’t far behind.

After meeting our two local rivals we then compete in a shortened League Cup qualifying section, with the eagerly anticipated British Championship semi-final on the 19th April.

There’s also an early start to the KO Cup as we initially race Leicester – and both ourselves and the Lions have had away success against each other in recent times.

Champions Scunthorpe are our first Premier League opposition in early May as the 13 teams start the chase for the vital Playoff positions.

The David Harrison Ford Scottish Open is on 2nd August and captain Derek Sneddon has his well deserved Testimonial on 13th September.
