Craig Cook knows he will be having a very busy season and he is ready for it. If he was in any doubt, how about this week – it’s quite a start!

If the weather allows, he will ride for Belle Vue tonight at Birmingham, then in Neil Middleditch’s British Lions selection at Swindon tomorrow.

Next he will travel to Bathgate and Armadale for our press and practise on Friday, before undertaking the longest trek in British Speedway to line up for the Aces again at Eastbourne on Sunday.

And he’s already been in London this week for a session with Sky TV! That's what it's like when you are a top dog.
