A CHANGE IN THE BREW FOR FRIDAY

Ipswich have run into more rider trouble and have been forced to make late changes to their team.

Gino Manzares has spent a couple of days in hospital after being bitten by an insect earlier in the week and he is not fit enough to take his place in their side. The Witches will use rider replacement in his place giving extra rides to Cameron Heeps and the reserves.

Originally rider replacement was scheduled in place of Nico Covatti but now that will become a guest replacement with Richie Worrall coming in. Although his form has been generally poor at Somerset this season he has done well away from home and has been a popular choice as a guest for other teams.

There was only one meeting staged on Thursday evening after the Swindon v Coventry match was called off on Thursday morning on the basis of a poor weather forecast that didn't appear to materialise. That gave Rob Branford a night off. The one match staged was at King's Lynn who defeated Leicester and they had Kevin Wolbert in their team scoring paid 8 from 5 rides.

Season ticket holders are reminded that Friday night's meeting is outwith their season deal and additional payment is necessary. Admission prices for season ticket holders only are:

Adult £14

Senior and Student £11

Child 12 - 16 £ 4

Child under 12 FREE

Programme £2.50

Season ticket holders are requested to bring the correct entrance money.

For those who did not manage to obtain last week's programme we now have a very limited number available for sale. These will be at the Club Shop and Programme Stall on Friday evening.
