Lasse keeping busy

The last couple of weeks has understandably been a quiet time for Monarchs' riders but our Norwegian Lasse Fredriksen has important matches this week, and we don't just mean our own Championship Playoffs.

Before he lines up with the WTF Monarchs against the Bears, Lasse races for his Swedish team Valsarna against Vargarna on Wednesday and Thursday. The first leg is in Norkopping where Vargarna (the Wolves) race, one of the most famous Swedish clubs.

This is a Playoff Final tie though only Vargarna are likely to seek promotion to the Swedish Elite.

The second leg is at Hagfors the next day. Lasse's team defeated Ornarna in the semi-final with our man scoring 8+3 in his home leg that time.

Lasse's team includes former Monarchs Thomas H Jonasson and Victor Palovaara.
