West Lothian Wildcats Crowned 2023 NJL Champions

West Lothian Wildcats have clinched the 2023 Northern Junior League title after a terrific season on track for the youth side.

The Wildcats came out on top following final confirmation of the 2023 league table, pipping their rivals to the title by a single point.

Ever present 125cc riders Rocco Webb and Lewis Hague were joined by Dayle Wood, Rachel Hellowell and Mark Parker in the 500cc positions as the Wildcats rode strongly throughout the season to secure the crown.

Wildcats team manager Scott Wilson said, "This is a wonderful achievement for the Wildcats and is testament to our Monarchs Speedway Academy set up which we should be very proud of, alongside our second NJL team the Armadale Angels.

"From a young age we want our riders to have fun with their racing and have the opportunity to progress their skills in a competitive setting.

"A massive congratulations to all of the team and we look forward to further development in the years ahead."

West Lothian Wildcats topped the 2023 NJL table on 15 points with Armadale Angels coming in fifth with 5 points.
