The login you use when buying a stream is for your own personal use and must not be shared. We monitor usage of each purchase and any unreasonable use will result in a permanent ban.
Technical assistance will not be available on matchday, however we will endeavour to assist you with watching the live stream for future dates.

In order to activate the stream, you must enable location sharing on your internet browser. We will not under any circumstances use your location for any other purpose other than to check your eligibility to view the stream.
In the event of a postponement, a refund will automatically be issued.
In the event of an abandonment prior to the completion of heat 10, a partial refund will automatically be issued for the amount paid minus 10% per completed heat.
In the event of an abandonment after the completion of heat 10, no refund will be issued.
