We anticipate fine weather as we travel to Newcastle on Sunday evening for a Premier League match.

The Border Roofing Monarchs will be at full strength with Erik Riss back in the team. Our reserves were in action on Saturday. Rob Branford scored a paid maximum for Rye House in the National League in their win King's Lynn and Max Clegg dropped just one point in leading Cradley Heathens to an away NL Cup win at Stoke.

Newcastle will still be without Swede Anton Rosen who has a broken collar bone. Rider replacement will cover his rides with everybody but Lewis Kerr eligible. The Diamonds will also be without Simon Nielsen who was injured racing in Denmark on Friday. His place is taken by Oliver Greenwood, who has proved useful at Newcastle before.

Matches between the Monarchs and Diamonds at Newcastle have, generally, been hotly contested affairs in recent years and tonight is likely to be no different.
