Today's Premier League Riders Championship at Sheffield was rained off after four races (plus an hour waiting for the rain to go off, which it didn't) but at least we found out that we will face Scunthorpe and Workington in the Premier Playoffs to decide the league title.

Rye House rode well tonight and comfortably beat the Scotwaste Monarchs 58-35 in what was the final league match for both teams.

In a strange see-sawing match, the Scotwaste Monarchs almost blew an early 12 point lead before reasserting themselves to beat Leicester quite comfortably in the end by 55-38.
