Craig Cook was ruled out of our match at Plymouth with a foot injury, lifting and crashing while leading heat 4, but we still took the match to a last heat decider before losing 43-50.

Plymouth have been going well at home recently, but even allowing for the loss of Craig Cook it was disappointing that we took nothing from our first ever appearance at the St Boniface Arena.

The Scotwaste Monarchs finished the Armadale season on a high note with an excellent performance, winning by 12 in the curtailed first leg of the Scottish Cup in spite of losing Matthew Wethers after a first bend crash in heat 3.
