William Lawson has an arm injury and machine damage in the wake of Monday's heat 14 crash at Ashfield.

The initial diagnosis by the track doctor was that there is no serious damage, but later swelling in William's arm gave cause for concern.

He has pulled out of Wolverhampton's matches at Poole and Peterborough this week and will decide later whether he is fit for Friday's match at Armadale.

In addition there is probably ?1,000 worth of damage to his machine.
