The Scotwaste Monarchs are to launch a new marketing initiative for the start of the 2007 season.

The intention is to get their message across to the hundreds of thousands of people that live within a thirty mile radius of the track.

Said Co-Promoter John Campbell, ?We had a long discussion at a recent meeting of the Board of Directors about how we can better put our name to the public in and around the Armadale area.

?We've already formed some ideas that we will put in to play before and during the 2007 season. It's all about name awareness. If people don't know we exist then there is little chance that they will come to see us. At the moment we get regular telephone enquiries from, what are obviously, newcomers. We want to turn that trickle into a flood.?

Some of the initiatives will require assistance and the Scotwaste Monarchs will be happy to hear from anyone who may have a few hours to spare on a weekly or monthly basis to assist, as required. Although it will be a voluntary position, all expenses will be reimbursed. It is likely that the position would best be covered by two people although this can be decided in due course.
