And so it goes on. However hard we try to get a meeting on it seems the weather is determined to beat us, and the first leg of the KO Cup quarter final against Glasgow was called off just before 7:30.

Around 7:10 it was announced that if there was no further rain we would make a start at 7:30. After a couple of slight dribbles, it came on heavily again and that was that.

As seems always to happen, the skies then cleared, though it may have been that the track was irretrievably damaged anyway.
