Craig Cook will make a special trip to Edinburgh on Friday 29th November to add his help to the fund raising for our air fence.

On that night we will present an Audience with Craig Cook which will give a fabulous insight into the man himself and also the preparation that goes into himself and his machinery to make him one of Britain's top speedway riders.

The even takes place at Broughton Rugby Club on Friday 29th November with a prompt start at seven thirty as there is much to get through on the night. Broughton Rugby Club is situated on the north side of the city at 109 Granton Road EH5 3NJ. There is ample parking at the Clubhouse and on the main road outside the Club.

In the first part of the evening Craig will tell his life story from his birth in Cumbria, through his school days and early motorcycling days through to his time as a top class motocrosser. And then why he switched to speedway and the background to his transfer to Edinburgh.

The second part of the evening will see Craig and his dad, Will, describe the preparation required to be one of the top racers in the UK today. This will cover Craig's physical preparation and also the bike maintenance that is required.

Tickets are now on sale for this event priced at £10 including a buffet and can be purchased here. Only 75 tickets are available - so don't delay book today!

"Cookie's Year" a full colour brochure detailing Craig's spectacular 2013 season will also be on sale.
