CLASH OF THE GIANTS

After sitting at the top of the Premier League for many weeks the Scotwaste Monarchs face the new league leaders, the Somerset Rebels, in a clash of two of this seasons giants of the league at Armadale this evening.

The Scotwaste Monarchs know that victory will return them to the top of the League but Somerset Rebels are equally as keen to retain their place at the top. Everything seems set for one of the best encounters of the season at Armadale.

With Aaron Fox still out injured Max Clegg comes into the Monarchs line up which is unchanged apart from that. The Rebels are at full strength with Nick Morris, Armadale track expert, leading the way. However, there is real strength in depth within the Rebels line up.

Supporters are advised to get to the stadium as early as possible as the biggest crowd for a league match this season is expected.

Anyone who purchased a programme at last week's rain off should bring it along tonight as they will be issued with the wraparound programme for tonight's meeting free.

The stadium admission gates will be open, as normal, at 6.30pm with the action getting underway at 7.30pm.
