The Border Roofing Monarchs have put out a call to any young rider to come and join them and take the second reserve position in the 2016 team.

Explained co-promoter John Campbell, "Our plans for the final piece in our 2016 jigsaw have not come to fruition as we had hoped. That leaves us in the position that with less than two weeks to go before our first match we have to change direction and look for another rider. After giving the matter some thought we have decided to throw the door open to all interested parties."

"We have our pre season practice session at Armadale on Friday evening and we make the offer to any rider, Come and show us what you can do. Our mind is completely open as to who will be our number 7 but of course he must have an average of no more than 3."

The Armadale practice commences at 7pm on Friday and any interested riders should contact the Club in advance to confirm their attendance.
