Edinburgh v Glasgow is Off

Regrettably the weather has beaten us once again and tonight's match against Glasgow has been postponed.

It has been raining steadiily for some time at Armadale and there is more to come. It may clear up eventually but too late.

The whole sport has had a bad start to the season weather-wise but none more so than ourselves with two rain-offs and one match staged, badly affected by the weather also. It does at least give us the opportunity to display on the website Ron MacNeill's array of duck photographs.

Last night's electrical problem at the dogs has been resolved and was not a factor in the postponement. We are investigating dates with Glasgow for a restaging.

We move on to tomorrow night's League Cup fixture at Berwick.
