Work continued at Armadale on Wednesday with Ronnie Anderson and his team working hard to get everything ready for the start of the season.

The main task undertaken today was returning the air fence to position on the track corners. Josh Pickering was there to lend a hand and a good day weatherwise helped the track to move towards normality.

It is the intention to stage a press and practice day at the track next week and as soon as we are confident that the track is ready we will announce the day and time of the event. All will be welcome to come long and watch that event.

Work will continue at the stadium on Friday and over the weekend and volunteers will be particularly welcome to come along on Saturday to lend a hand. We'll start at about 10.00am.

Tickets remain on sale on our website for our first match against Glasgow at Ashfield a week on Friday. We will provide details of the free bus that we will run from Edinburgh for those that buy match tickets on our website but we would like to point out that you do not have to travel on our coach to purchase match tickets on our website. You can make your own travel arrangements.

We now literally have a handful of tickets for next Tuesday's Season Launch Show at the Cairn Hotel. It seems certain that it will sell out by the end of the week. Admission price is £8 but if you hold a blue reward card then it is £6.50 and only £5 for Gold members.
