This Friday at Armadale Stadium the entertainment goes beyond the on-track Championship Shield action against the Glasgow Tigers as we also host the first in our series of Decades Night.
As we continue the Club's 70th anniversary celebrations, each decade within the 70 years will have its turn in the limelight starting with the earliest years of the Monarchs, the 40s and 50s this Friday.
We'll be joined by three extra special guests - Harry Darling, Jimmy Turner and Jock Scott - who all rode for the Monarchs in this era and are ready to share their stories.
Have your dancing shoes at the ready also as we enjoy an exclusively 40s and 50s playlist carefully selected for the night.
A free poster will be available while stocks last and look out for a series of racing clips from the early days on our big screen as well!
Available for sale as you enter the stadium will be the "Monarchs of '51" DVD offering a fascinating video insight into the early history of the Club from the 1951 season. Available for £10 generally, just £9 with a Monarchs Blue Rewards Card or £7 with a Monarchs Gold Membership.
An excellent evening of nostalgia is in-store off-track while on-track there is a red hot Scottish derby to be contested. With the weather set fair, it's going to be a fantastic occasion.
