Bus running for Burns Supper: Book soon!

The next event for Monarchs' supporters to look forward to is the Monarchs 100 Burns Supper on Saturday January 12th at the Danderhall Miners Club, with former Monarch and 4-times Scottish Open Champion Rory Schlein as the special guest.

Please do not delay booking up. It's not a central venue for many people but that should not matter as Derek Wilkinson of Duddingston Private Hire will be putting on a bus as last year, assuming there is a demand. It will potentially run from Armadale Stadium with pickups in Edinburgh. The price for the bus will be worked out once we know how many will be travelling but as Derek points out "All proceeds from the entire event are for the club."

Burns Supper Tickets are £30 and include a welcome dram, 3 course dinner and entertainment including a Q&A with Rory. Kenny McKinna will also be coming along for his third time at the event. It will be important for the catering to have accurate numbers very soon so please let us know as soon as you can if you are coming along for a great night, and if you will be using the bus.
