UPDATED Injury update

We could have done with everyone fit for the difficult task of getting points to take us to the Playoffs, but as most will be aware we have had another couple of injuries this week.

Connor Coles crashed at Stoke last Saturday and missed the Scunthorpe trip, but the relatively good news from him is "Still a bit bashed up from the crash on Saturday but will be fit to resume on Friday."

Cameron Heeps took a heavy knock last night riding for Ipswich at King's Lynn. He has ligament and tendon damage to his ankle and knee.

He visited his physiotherapist on Tuesday afternoon and has been rules out of our weekend fixtures against Sheffield. However, with more treatment later this week there is a possibility that he will be back in action next week.

That would be better news than we has expected if that turns out to be the case.

With only three Championship teams not in action on Friday it won't be easy to find a guest replacement.
