Our Molly Bell

Many Edinburgh Monarchs fans will be feeling sad today as we mourn the loss of Molly Bell, one of the great characters associated with the club, devoted to her team.

Molly had been a fan and a stalwart of the supporters club since Meadowbank days, and was an ever-present at Armadale from 1997 until very recent times when she became ill.

Her raffle-ticket selling partnership with the late Ella MacDonald was one of the familiar sights around our track for a very long time. Ella died a while ago and Molly's passing marks the end of an era.

The club joins Molly's wide circle of family and friends in mourning her passing.
