1991 Fours features in EMTV+ Match of the Week

This week's memory-jerking suggestion, if you have some time to spare, is from Powderhall in 1991, 31st May when we staged the final leg of the H.E.A.T. Fours.

It's a reminder of the tremendous lineups we had in Scottish and North England speedway 30 years ago.

We also added four heats to the event's normal 16 and awarded the Scottish Open Championship to the highest scorer. The track was quite deep but there were some tremendous heats throughout the night. Les Collins, Frede Schott, David Bargh, Jamie Luckhurst, Mark Courtney, Paul Bentley, Mark Thorpe, Steve Lawson, Scott Lamb, Brett Saunders… they are all there and more.

It is a bit longer than our usual suggested meetings to watch, but we hope it is worth it.
