2021 produced an exciting season for What The Fork Monarchs both on and off the track. Now you can have your say in the annual Supporters Survey!

This annual survey offers the opportunity for the Club to gather vital feedback to identify areas for improvement. All supporters are encouraged to take part and can be assured that your views are highly valued.

Since its introduction in 2012, Monarchs remain one of the only clubs in the country to conduct a survey of supporters in such a detailed way on a yearly basis. This feedback from supporters shapes the path forward over the winter months to make improvements ready for the new season where appropriate.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and offers the opportunity to rate and comment upon many different areas of the Club, as well as sections where you can provide your own thoughts in general.

Don't forget, if you complete the survey by midday on Friday 26th November, you can be in with a chance of winning VIP hospitality for two in 2022!
