The ultimate thrillmaker, a former Scottish Open Champion, a three-time British Champion, the current British Under-21 and Under 19 Champion, and a league winning Monarch have all joined the 2022 Ratho Coaches Scottish Open line up to say Farewell to Armadale!

Josh Pickering has enjoyed a sensational season for Monarchs and will lead the thrills in the 2022 Scottish Open as he looks to clinch the Jack Young Memorial trophy for the first time.

2017 Scottish Open winner Justin Sedgmen has been in resurgent form this season and returns to Armadale to reclaim the title.

Three-time British Champion and British Speedway legend Chris Harris will push Josh Pickering in the thrill stakes as he looks to add the title to his cabinet from an impressive career.

Leon Flint has already secured the British Under-21 and Under-19 titles this term and is eager to scrawl a Scottish Open victory on his CV.

Leon and Chris are sure to bring a strong contingent of Berwick Bandits fans looking to cheer their men to glory.

Armadale expert and league winning former Monarch Theo Pijper will be a popular addition to the field. Theo is eager to show that his experience can trump all as he aims to improve on a Scottish Open second place in 2005 and third place in 2013.

2022 Monarchs Lasse Fredriksen and Jacob Hook are thirsting for their first Scottish Open experience and have proven competent race winners round Armadale which could well put them in the spoiler category for the competition.

These riders will be eager to stake their claim for the title against world number 6 Dan Bewley who was announced earlier.
