One of the Ben Fund Bonanza's greatest supporters, Danny King, tonight became only the second rider to win the event twice when he won the 13th Bonanza at King's Lynn to add to his win at Scunthorpe 3 years ago.

The only other two-time winner is of course Edinburgh's Craig Cook, though in Craig's case he has a 100% record of success! There was no direct Monarchs' involvement this year though plenty of ex-Monarchs in Sedgmen, the Worralls, Howarth, Wright and Edwards.

It was an enjoyable evening in front of a crowd which the organisers were very happy with. As well as taking his second title, Danny became the highest scorer in the history of the Bonanza, overtaking Ben Barker whose contribution to the event is legendary.

The meeting came to an exciting conclusion with King on 14 points, Richie Worrall on 12 along with Palm Toft, Brennan, and Lindgren. Freddie was the one squeezed out on countback.

As soon as King hit the front in the final, it looked all over as the others fought for the minor places.
