2026 Season Launch Show sold out!

A sold out crowd will welcome the 2026 Monarchs at the Season Launch Show this Friday - kicking off a big year of speedway ahead.

Doors will open for ticket holders at 6:30pm at Napier University, Craiglockhart, Edinburgh, EH14 1DJ.

The team will be on hand to sign autographs from 6:40pm through to 7:05pm as the excitement builds for the Show.

Racesuit sponsors are reminded that their photos will take place tomorrow evening in the theatre from 7:05pm promptly.

The big Show then gets underway from 7:30pm with presenters John and Liam guiding you through a great evening.

Press and Practice on Friday

You can see the 2026 Monarchs take to track for the first time this season as the team take part in the traditional Press and Practice session to start a busy day this Friday 27th March.

The practice session will be open to the public to attend free of charge and is due to take place from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. The stadium will open at 12:30pm with no public admittance before this time.

This session is weather dependent and a decision on the practice going ahead may only be taken at the scheduled start time. Should the practice not be able to go ahead then an attempt will be made to make this known here on Monarchs official website but this may not be possible due to the timing of the decision.
