Monarchs Match Magazine makes it four in a row

All at the Monarchs were delighted to be awarded the Speedway Star Programme of the Year for 2025 recently, the fourth year in a row we have been bestowed this award and with no less than a 100 out of 100 score!

Judge Howard Jones remarking when handing over the award, "I have always said I would never give 100 but this programme was perfect, absolutely flawless."

Receiving the award at Edinburgh Waverley station were editor Mike Hunter and contributor Graham Muncie. Muncie was delighted that all of the hard work that goes in was recognised once again saying, "It is a true team effort from a lot of people so for that to get noticed and with no less than a perfect score is tremendous.

"There are a squad of us involved from Graeme and Gordon Campbell on the design front, all of the article contributors and Mike pulling it all together. It is part of the ethos of the club that we try and do things well on all fronts and I have even had people from other clubs tell me how good it is also so I guess we are doing something right.

"The challenge now is to maintain it and try and make it five in a row this year."
