Monarchs Academy will be presented with the WSRA National Development League trophy after this Friday's Scottish Cup clash at Armadale Stadium - plus Academy manager Scott Wilson invites you to the bar for a glass of bubbly!

The Academy team have soared to 2026 league success, maintaining a 100% unbeaten record to clinch the title with one league match still to be raced.

Supporters are encouraged to stay behind after this Friday's Scottish Cup match to cheer the team on as they lift the trophy at Armadale Stadium.

There will be a dual-presentation as the Scottish Cup will also be presented to either the Monarchs or Tigers after what is sure to be an hard-fought Scottish derby match. Monarchs go into the tie with a 6 point advantage from the first leg.

Academy manager Scott Wilson invites all supporters to head to the bar after the presentation to enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly to toast an incredible season.

Stick around after the match to enjoy all the fun as the 2026 speedway season signs off in style!

Final Academy fixture confirmed

The date for Monarchs Academy's final league fixture of the season away at Leicester Lion Cubs has been confirmed as Saturday 17th October at 7pm.

Leicester have shown to be a strong side this season and pose the biggest challenge to the Academy's unbeaten run. The team are determined to go all out for the win in what is sure to be a classic.
