Stellar Monarchs Academy are back in action on Sunday afternoon as they head to current league champions Leicester in what has become a crucial tie for both.
The two sides currently sit second and third behind league leading Oxford both with a match in hand and the hosts know any home slip ups could spell disaster for hopes of a repeat title while for Scott Wilson's men an away win against a fellow challenger would be a statement made.
The Academy of course come into this one buoyed by victory at Scunthorpe on Friday night and they welcome number one Dayle Wood back to the fold, albeit the Aussie was more than ably replaced by maximum man Ben Trigger on Friday, Trigger the opposition number five in this one.
Elsewhere the Academy line-up as they did in Lincolnshire with rider replacement in operation for Matt Marson, all bar Wood eligible for an extra outing.
The hosts come into this one minus a couple of their regular starting septet.
Sonny Springer recently announcing his retirement and former Monarch Max James recovering from a damaged wrist.
Rider replacement is in place for Springer with Scunthorpe man Luke Harris in for James.
Elsewhere the Lion Cubs are as expected with the bulk of their scoring expected from heat leader trio Trigger, Max Perry and hot prospect Cooper Rushen.
Rushen haven taken the league by storm this year increasing his starting three point average by over seven and a half points to a 10.57 figure an incredible effort by the Colchester born kid who doesn't turn 16 till March next year.
So, an enthralling encounter looks in store with action due to start at 3pm.
